Lutheran Adult Faith Community. If you’re interested in furthering your faith education as an adult, we welcome you to join us! We provide open forums to explore topics of faith, Biblical study, and discuss issues Christians face in living the Gospel through our adult small group Bible studies. We offer time for reflection and dialogue at our Adult Forum classes on Sundays at 9:00am at Concordia Church on Seeley.

During these Adult Forum classes, we foster adult faith formation, cover a broad range of topics, welcome suggestions for discussion and bring different leaders to facilitate the weekly discussion sessions. To top it off, we always provide refreshing coffee, on us!

Additionally, Concordia Church Chicago also offers several adult small group Bible studies in which members can grow in faith together.

  • Encountering the bible–We explore bible stories and how they connect to our lives.

  • Concordia’s “Big Faith Questions” small group–We meet monthly at the home of a different group member to discuss a particular “big faith question” that the host selects. In addition to discussing this question, we also explore spiritual practices together and get to know each other better as we enjoy tasty snacks.

  • Adult forum classes–Meeting 9am on Sundays at Concordia Church on Seeley.

  • All are welcome! For more information, please contact Pastor Adam Varner.
